During the design and construction of "Contigo" - a custom 72' sport
fisherman by Trinity Yachts and Rybovich Spencer we required an adequate bow
thruster that would provide two major characteristics: quiet vibrationless
operation and sustainable variable thrust.
These two parameters were provided flawlessly by Bishop Marine utilizing a
combination of a Wesmar counter-rotating twin prop bow thruster and a
Magnatronic drive to provide the necessary current to the 25 HP electric motor.
The installation and operation of this system was done so well that the bow
thruster has not failed in the seven years of its service!

You may or may not be aware of the genesis of our Hull 216. As a custom builder,
we are normally building to other people's designs and specifications therefore
do not always get an opportunity to build things our way. In the case of Hull
216 we were given the opportunity to build a "Palmer Johnson" Motoryacht our
way. From the design to the selection of materials and equipment, our first
priority was to show our best.
Her debut at the Miami Boat Show was a great success as we had numerous
interested buyers and brokers through the boat, all highly complimentary on our
efforts. Your equipment and participation contributed greatly to the positive
response we received from the yachting industry and prospective customers.
